First Steps as a Science Writer

Following the theme of my last post in February, I have finally made some progress (Very small, but still counts!) in my aspirations to be a science writer. My ComSciCon-CanWest submission has finally been posted on their blog. The subject matter covers my own doctoral research in plasmonics: Mimicking photosynthesis in nature using metal nanoparticles.

The article is written in a manner that everyone can read it, regardless of their academic background. Hope you all get a chance to swing by and check out the post especially for those among my audience who are fans of anything nano!

After a long and meaningful break, as I’ve been wrapping up the last strands of my doctoral studies, The Procrastinating Scientist is back. I will see you all very soon with a new post!
